“Mexican and Korean Fusion Food”: It is a sister restaurant of Kogi BBQ Truck but it focus on bowl style (started by the Kogi Family) – http://kogibbq.com/about/
“Refrigerator food” – not really “Asian Fusion” but using ingredients to create new, great flavors – what Roy grew up with and loved as a child but didn’t really want to share and show with others.
“Community food” – dining experience, not just the food itself. One table attached to the wall for individual eating, one long table in the middle for quick eats and to-go’s and two long tables and benches to eat with a group of people. A sense of “do it yourself” and “trust” for drinks and take-out condiments. The kitchen is open and visible from the cashier.
“Family food” – the man with the thumbs up on the logo is the father of Natasha Phan, a former Kogi intern and current Director of Business and Marketing. (see picture on websites below)
